José M. Medina
Project Manager, Industrial Roofing Division
José leads Brazos Urethane’s Industrial Roofing Division, managing roofing projects inside operating refineries, petrochemical plants, chemical manufacturing facilities, and oil and gas sites across the Gulf Coast.
About José
José M. Medina is the Project Manager for Brazos Urethane’s Industrial Roofing Division. He manages industrial roofing projects end to end — estimating, planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution — and coordinates the field crews, subcontractors, materials, and equipment that keep a job moving from award through completion.
Because industrial roofs sit above live process units, his work starts with inspection and assessment: investigating leaks, documenting roof condition, and developing repair or replacement recommendations that fit the facility’s turnaround windows and access constraints. He coordinates OSHA compliance and plant-specific safety requirements on every project, and works within each plant’s own contractor requirements.
Throughout a project, José is the direct point of contact for plant representatives, facility engineers, and procurement teams — the person accountable for schedule, quality, and communication from the first inspection to final walkthrough.
